Georgia Northwestern Technical College at Rock Spring is under 17 miles from downtown Chattanooga, and there are more in Dalton and Calhoun — all closer than TCAT Crossville. Finish your fourth subject at any of them and you hold a Georgia credential rather than a Tennessee one. If you want the Tennessee diploma, finish at Chattanooga State or test online from a Tennessee address.
