The standard refund
Every plan (Starter, Standard, and Pro) includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. The 7 days start the moment you complete checkout.
- You don't need to give a reason.
- You don't need to delete your account first.
- You don't need to talk to a "retention specialist".
- Email us, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
The Pro plan also has a Pass Guarantee
If you bought the Pro plan, finished the course, took the official GED within 90 days, and didn't pass — you get a full refund of the Pro plan, on a separate track from the 7-day window. Full details on the Pass Guarantee page.
After 7 days
Because our plans are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there's no auto-renewal to cancel and nothing further to pay. After 7 days the standard refund window closes; the Pro Pass Guarantee continues to apply for Pro purchases.
How to request a refund
Email support@twigera.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line "Refund request". You'll get a confirmation within 2 business days and the refund within 5 business days of confirmation.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your card has been replaced or closed in the meantime, your bank will typically forward the credit to the new account; if not, we can wire to the same account holder.
Edge cases
- Promotional or gift codes. If you paid with a code or voucher the refund is for the cash amount you paid, not the face value of the code.
- Disputes and chargebacks. If you initiate a card chargeback before contacting us, we'll cooperate with your bank but can't issue a separate refund until the chargeback resolves.
- Abuse. We reserve the right to decline refunds where there's evidence of bulk content extraction or other terms violations.
