By using Twigera you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain what we promise, what we don't, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Twigera, Inc. provides online preparation classes for the GED test, including video lessons, practice questions, full-length exam simulations, and tutor support. The service is delivered through this site and the customer application at app.twigera.com.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (the minimum age to register for the GED in most US states). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@twigera.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans are one-time purchases for a defined access window (3, 6, or 12 months depending on the plan). Prices, durations, and inclusions are described on our pricing page. We may change prices for new purchases at any time; your existing plan is not affected.
Every plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. The Pro plan additionally includes our Pass Guarantee. Both are described in detail on the refund policy and Pass Guarantee pages, which form part of these terms.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases we may pursue legal remedies.
All course content, video lessons, practice questions, software, and branding are owned by Twigera, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal study during your access window. No other rights are granted.
If you submit content (essays for review, tutor chat messages, feedback), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. delivering an essay back to you with annotations) and, in aggregated and anonymized form, for improving the service.
We work hard to help you pass the GED, and we publish honest pass-rate statistics. Except for the Pro plan's Pass Guarantee (governed by the Pass Guarantee terms), we do not guarantee any particular educational outcome. Your results depend on your effort, prior knowledge, and circumstances.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twigera, Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Twigera, Inc. harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or in response to legal requests. On termination, your right to access the service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the state of our principal place of business, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
