Pass the GED,
or your money back.
The Pass Guarantee is exactly what it sounds like. Finish the Pro course, take the official GED test within 90 days, and if you don't pass — we refund every dollar. No retention calls, no fine print to wriggle out of.

Who it covers
The Pass Guarantee is included only on the Pro plan. Starter and Standard plans include our standard 7-day money-back guarantee instead (see refund policy).
What you need to do
- Finish the course. Complete all four subjects — Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies — including the end-of-subject practice exams. Your dashboard tracks this.
- Take the official GED. Register for and sit the official GED test (all four subjects) within 90 days of completing the course.
- Submit your official score report. If you didn't pass, email support@twigera.com with your official score report from GED Testing Service.
What we promise
- A full refund of your Pro plan. Refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your score report.
- + 6 free months of access if you want to keep studying for a retest. You don't have to claim a refund to take this — it's automatic.
The honest fine print
- The guarantee covers the price you paid for the Pro plan. Test registration fees paid to GED Testing Service are not refundable by us.
- The 90-day window starts when you complete the course in your dashboard, not when you bought it. Take your time studying — the clock doesn't start until you're ready.
- One claim per account. If you retest with the +6 free months and still don't pass, we'll work with you, but the refund is already done.
- You must have purchased the Pro plan directly from us (not as part of an institutional or third-party arrangement) to be eligible.
How to claim
Email support@twigera.com with the subject line "Pass Guarantee claim" and attach your official score report. We'll confirm within 2 business days and issue the refund within 10 business days of that confirmation.
Why we offer this
Because 94% of our students pass on their first attempt, and the rest usually pass on a retest. We can stand behind the work because the course works. If yours is the rare case where it doesn't, you shouldn't be out the money.
